For this part, the focus is on re-designing a logo for the Louvre.
Research and Inspiration
Research was collected on the core values of the Louvre as well as some brief background information about the history and content of the Louvre.

Mind-Mapping
To determine brand direction and brand language, several words were brain stormed to try and encapsulate the researched core-values of the museum

Mood boards
3 words from the mind-mapping were picked and expanded into mood boards to better visualize their design concepts. A board of key Louvre architectural elements was also created.

Typeface Ideation
Several type faces were tested before sketching.

Sketching
Several different logo ideas were explored as well as some potential design assets.

Digital Iterations
Design ideas from sketching were expanded upon and refined.

Color Iterations
Experimented with color application on the digital iterations.
